Return Policy:

1. Return Window: Raise a return request within 10 days of receiving your order (except exceptions mentioned below).

2. How to Request:

●       Use the Return option in the “My Orders” section on our website.

●       Call us at +91-9004740780 or email info@houseofsaas.co.in.

3. Validation: Share/upload clear pictures of the garment and price tag for approval.

4. Non-Eligible Returns:

●       Used products.

●       Damaged items (unless delivered damaged).

●       Items not in the same condition as delivered.

5. Return Conditions:

●       Items must be unused, with original tags/labels.

●       Any secure packaging can be used if the original is unavailable.

6. Separate Returns: Each order must be returned separately.

7. Original Items Only: Ensure only the original product is handed to the courier. We are not responsible for incorrect items sent.

8. Return Processing: Returns are processed after items pass a quality check at our warehouse.

●       Failed quality checks will result in no refund or return of the rejected items.

9. Refunds:

●       Refunds go to the original payment method.

●       For COD orders, refunds are transferred to your provided bank account. Ensure bank details are accurate; we are not liable for errors.

●       You’ll receive a UTR number once refunded. If not received within 14 days, contact your bank.

10. Promotional Vouchers: Used vouchers (e.g., gift or discount codes) will not be reissued or refunded.

11. Self-Shipping: In rare cases, if courier pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship. A maximum of INR 160 will be reimbursed upon submitting the courier bill.
